Annual Membership Meeting

and Party!

Sunday, September 30th from 4 to 6pm

at the Cape Conservatory Falmouth Campus

60 Highfield Drive, across the parking lot from Highfield Theater

One important part of this Annual Meeting is elections for the following Board Positions: President, Secretary and Director. At this time, each incumbent will be seeking re-election.

If you are interested in nominating someone, or running yourself, you are welcome to do so, but you or the nominee must be eligible. Below is a description of the requirements needed for each position available.

You will also need to send us a brief description of each nominee’s past association with the Falmouth Theatre Guild, any offices held, productions in which he/she has participated in, and any other information deemed pertinent for the position being sought. In order for a candidate to be listed as a nominee, he/she must have 2 seconds by other guild members. (In other words, you bring forth the potential candidate and two other Guild members have to agree that this person is a viable candidate). We will need this information by August 20. You can email the information to Matthew Gould at mattgould@yahoo.com.

Once all nominations have been made and approved you will receive a complete list, along with a ballot form. This list will be emailed to you before our Annual Meeting. You can mail the ballot form back to us, or bring it with you to the Annual Meeting.
