After more than 50 years, The Falmouth Theatre Guild is updating the ticketing system to better suit the needs of our members and patrons. Our new system allows customers to choose their own seats online, use our toll-free phone number with expanded business hours, or come directly to the box office. Here are the options for purchasing tickets Option 1 - Online Here you will see a seating chart that allows you to choose the performance you want AS WELL AS YOUR SEATS. A credit card or debit card is required. You will be instructed how to print your tickets. Service fees apply. Option 2 - Call toll free to purchase your tickets by phone, call 866-811-4111 . Hours are 9:00AM – 9:00PM Monday – Friday and 10:00 AM – 6:00PM Saturday and Sunday. Credit card or debit card required. Tickets will be held for you at the Theatre Guild Box Office or emailed directly to you. Service fees apply. Option 3 - The Box Office. You can come to the box office at Highfield Theater during open hours and buy your tickets with cash or check. No service fee will be charged. Box office hours change from show to show, so check the web page or call the box office for times. - Group Sales Group sales of 10 or more tickets will be handled the same way that we have always handled them, through the box office phone number: Please Note: The Service Fee for online and toll-free sales is not charged by the Falmouth Theatre Guild, these fees go to the ticketing agency. Additionally, all ticket sales must be paid for at the time of purchase. We no longer can accept unpaid reservations. Thank you to all of our members! Remember it's your Guild!
